Lease Signed for New Space

Hey everyone--

Just a confirmation that we have signed the lease as planned.

We will be taking possession June 1st. Eek! Exciting!

I have spoken with Garrett about renegotiating the Stronghouse Lease and he is amenable--so we plan to retain the studios for as long as possible and there will be no cost to us.

We will be seeking great strong work for the storefront and hope to increase sales, and will be approaching three or four artists who might want to join us in the new space. It will be more expensive than the Stronghouse, and less flexible, but possibly also a retail environment, managed by our staff, so great for the right people. If you have ideas let us know.

The spaces and price estimates

• 12' x 10' Center of room, with built in cubbies $700 (or two @ $350)
• 7' x 8' Back West w/windows $450
• 12' x 11' Back East w/windows $800 (or two @$400)
