telluride arts’ artist GRANTS
2025 TAAG for profesional Development
OPEN APPLICATIONS ON MARCH 26TH, 2025 - 08:00 AM
$300-$2,000
A subset of Telluride Arts’ Artist Grants [TAAGs] program, Professional Development grants operate on an annual basis, awarding two $2,500 grants to artists within the Telluride region. These grants are broken into two categories, visual and performing arts; and awarded to artist or nonprofit organization who have demonstrated their commitment towards professional development, the advancement of their craft, and the enrichment of the Telluride community through their artistic pursuits. As with all TAAGs, community benefit is at the heart of the program and must be clearly outlined in the application.
TAAG applicants are limited to one submission per grant cycle. Multiple applications by the same artist will not be considered. If an artist submits an application for a Professional Development grant, they will be ineligible to apply for additional TAAGs within the same calendar year, excepting Flash Grants.
All TAAGs are subject to blind reviews by designated committees or juror panels. All personal details and obvious indicators of applicant identity are removed prior to review.
