THE INVINCIBLE 3 AND THE GREAT TELLURIDE BANK ROBBERY OF 1889 is a new musical about the infamous Butch Cassidy written by local Sean Mahoney and directed by Telluride Theatre's Sasha Cucciniello. The staged concert reading will be the debut show at Telluride’s newest performance venue: the outdoor live music stage at the Silver Bell Mine in Ophir. The venue is being unveiled as a high-end, multi-disciplinary indoor/outdoor performance stage carved out of one of the Telluride area’s most spectacular and intact historical settings. Transportation - The Silver Bell Mine is located at the top of the Ophir Loop just a few minutes south of Mountain Village. Shuttles will run from the Telluride Outfitters storefront (at the Gondola at the Village Market in Mountain Village) starting at 6pm, with the final shuttle departing at 6:30pm, all courtesy of Telluride Express. Shuttles will run back to the Village Market Gondola immediately following the show.
