Between the Covers Bookstore & Telluride Arts are teaming up to present Chronicles of Chaos Book Reading and Author Talk with Justin Criado on November 17th, 6pm, at Telluride Arts HQ Gallery.

Chronicles of Chaos, Rev. Justin Criado's first book of collected writings, leads readers on a mind-bending journey of heavy metal, midnight meanderings and doom-laden dread, as the stories paint a morbid picture of a decaying world full of everyday monsters and freaks.

Criado is an award-winning journalist and editor, as he’s been a writer for the past decade in Colorado, his home state of Pennsylvania and beyond. His work has been featured in the Denver Post, Westword, Salt Lake City Weekly, Phoenix New Times, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. He’s currently the editor of the Telluride Daily Planet newspaper in Telluride, Colorado.

This project, Chronicles of Chaos, came to fruition with support from a 2022 Telluride Arts Small Grant. Telluride Arts is actively raising funds for 2023 Small Grants. This event will be the first in a series of Small Grant Showcases throughout the winter.
