Wilkinson Public Library is very happy to announce the "Books Alive" Theatre production, a collaboration of the amazing Telluride Theatre and WPL this coming week. This summer's show is "Chrysanthemum" by well known, award-winning childrens' books author, Kevin Henke. The story has been adapted and is directed by Jen Nyman-Julia.
Six shows will be performed in the Telluride Transfer Warehouse on the corner of Pacific Ave and Fir St. August 4-6th with two shows: 10 am and 11:30 am, occurring each day. It is a creative adaptation of books coming "alive" through the production of theater plays all performed by local actors and performed for local preschools and elementary students K-2 grades. The best ages for these shows are 3-8 yrs old. However, younger and older children are more than welcome.
