Building Permit Issuance for the Transfer Warehouse

We are delighted to announce that the Town has issued a building permit for the Transfer Warehouse. Upon issuance of the permit, the Telluride Arts District was awarded $100,000.00 earnest money. The deposit was officially made today, August 3rd.
