Final HARC Approval

Last night, after 4 hrs or so of deliberation about finish materials, window shapes etc. The Town Council granted final HARC approval for the Transfer Co new development. This is a big step forward for the Warehouse project.

The next big step will happen when Council considers, and accepts, the public benefit package, and our role in owning and restoring the Warehouse. This is scheduled for June 28th.
