For the second night of the Holiday Concert Series, the Sheridan Arts Foundation presents an Evening of Songs and Stories with John Oates featuring Guthrie Trapp live in concert at the historic Sheridan Opera House on Monday, December 27, at 8:00 p.m., doors at 7:00 p.m. The Holiday Concert Series continues its ocean theme with a Seashells by the Seashore theme. John Oates is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The American Songwriters Hall of Fame, recipient of the prestigious BMI Icon Award as well as numerous American Music, MTV awards, and multiple Grammy nominations. John Oates is one-half of the best-selling duo of all time, Hall & Oates, as well as an accomplished solo artist. Soaking up the sounds of the 60’s, John has recorded seven solo albums, a memoir titled “Change of Seasons” and a DVD docu-concert called Another Good Road.
Guthrie Trapp is one of Nashville’s preeminent guitar talents who is brilliant mix of musical
influences, exploring country, blues, Latin, reggae, jazz, rock and experimental music. Trapp is a versatile musician who crosses many genres with ease, taste and authenticity.
Tickets are $60- $75 each plus a $5 ticketing fee. Tickets are all seated. Rows A-J are on the main floor, Rows K-Q are on the balcony.
