The Sheridan Arts Foundation presents Mini Woodstock: Two Nights of Peace & Music with Tributes to Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. Kiss the Sky: The Jimi Hendrix Re-Experience performs at the Sheridan Opera House on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 9 p.m. Just Like Janis, a tribute to Janis Joplin, performs the following night on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 9 p.m. Through meticulous detailed re-productions in every aspect of look and sound in re-creating Jimi Hendrix’s most classic concerts & landmark stage show performances, Kiss the Sky is boldly presenting the world’s most historically accurate Jimi Hendrix tribute show ever. Just Like Janis relies on the same attention to detail to capture the essence of legendary rockstar Janis Joplin. Tickets are $25 GA standing room main floor and $35 reserved balcony seat. A limited number of two-day GA passes are available for $40. A $5 ticketing fee applies at all sales outlets.
