The Telluride Arts Holiday Bazaar is a lively holiday tradition hosted by Telluride Arts that features a wide variety of fine crafts, including artisan jewelry, organic body products, gourmet food, ceramics, clothing, and more - all made by hand. The Bazaar is a three-day event taking place in the heart of Telluride.

PARKING:

The Silver Jack Parking Garage has full-day public parking for a few dollars per hour. There is also 3-hour, street parking available around Telluride.

BOOTH OPTIONS:

  • 6 ground-level “Lobby” booths (bring your own table up to 3x6’)

  • 6 ground-level “Possibilities Room” booths (4x4’ table included)

  • 7 second-level “Curiosity Shop” booths (3x8’ table included)

  • 10 second-level “Transformation Studio” booths (2.5x5’ table included)

  • 10 third-level “Launchpad” booths (2.5x5’ table included)

    IF YOU HAVE ANY NEEDS OR REQUIREMENTS AS FAR AS PLACEMENT, PLEASE INCLUDE THAT IN YOUR APPLICATION. Depending on interest, a couple of additional spaces might come available, so reach out to austin@telluridearts.org to join a waitlist.


COSTS:

$150 per space + 85% (Artist)-15% (Telluride Arts) split on all sales.

  • Telluride Arts charges a 15% commission on sales to cover credit card processing fees, bookkeeping, advertising, and event administration.

  • Need more space? Please call and we will try to accommodate.

  • Are you sharing a booth? Please just use one 3-letter code. $150 + 15% commission on sales.


SALES:

  • Telluride Arts will handle all sales. There will be a checkout location on the 1st floor.

  • Labels: EVERY ITEM MUST BE MARKED WITH A PRICE AND YOUR THREE LETTER CODE. This is how we know where to attribute the sale at checkout, so please be sure to mark every item clearly!

  • Credit Cards: We accept all credit cards, checks, and cash, and pay all processing fees out of our %.

  • Taxes: We collect and pay applicable state, county, and city sales taxes.

  • Business License: In this case, you don’t need one. You will be functioning under the Telluride Arts license, and we’ll be sure to be current.

  • Payments: You will receive a check equal to the total amount of sales less the commission within two weeks. You will also receive a detail of your sales. Please note: Uncle Sam wants YOU to report your state and federal income taxes, if applicable.
