Talking Points: 

·      Telluride Arts, a 501(c)3 Not for Profit established in 1971 has purchased the Telluride Transfer Warehouse, facilitated the restoration and stabilization of the walls, and developed plans to transform it into an architectural and cultural landmark.

·      The Warehouse will be a game changer for the arts in Telluride, providing spectacular, sophisticated spaces for film, media, museum quality exhibitions, and community events, and will include a rooftop bar and cafe.

·      Telluride Arts is on the final stretch to owning the building outright, putting us in position for the next phase of our capital campaign launching this summer. Our immediate goal is $600,000.

·      There are a number of (discreet) naming opportunities throughout the building.

·      Total project cost is expected to be $20,000,000
