The Town Council PASSED the PUD amendment!

A major decision for the future of the Transfer Warehouse was decided at yesterday's Town Council meeting (Feb. 6th).  It was decided that we have been approved to pursue our building of an Arts and Cultural Center and not have the warm dark shell constructed. This is a huge milestone in the future of the Warehouse!

The building itself will still undergo HARC review regarding minor tweaks moving forward.
