Phasing Proposal

Just met with the Town this morning on the option, and they're going to take it to executive session at council this month. There's some interest in getting it in the 2018 budget, but some complexities due to the revision of the PUD and timing of both.

The PUD amendment and contract amendment is underway, and Nancy Hudson, the engineer with Silman, is preparing a proposal now that will outline the new phasing, and the new deliverable required of Meriwether. We had a great meeting yesterday and I believe I have a good handle on the details. In short, the there will be three phases as follows:

1.) Conservation of Historic Walls (New Deliverable)

2.) COST of balance of construction to warm dark shell state, to be applied to phase 3

3.) New Construction

Here's the great news: Nancy is brilliant, and shares offices in NYC with Meriwether engineers ANA, so well coordinated on that critical front. It's all making sense, though complex.
