Warehouse Update

We are in a holding pattern as Town determines the best structure/partnership with Telluride Arts on the ownership of the Warehouse. All discussions are in Executive Session at this time, but things are looking very positive for a strengthened relationship between us and the Town, similar to the Museum structure. that would put us in a favorable position for fundraising. Please don't discuss with the public as it is still all confidential. Fingers crossed for the best and most elegant way forward.
