As of today, we have raised $60,000 of the $100,000 we need for phase 1.

• We expect the project to cost between 5-8 million, including the purchase price.
• We plan to also raise an operating endowment, and/or explore the potential for a mil levy in order to make the space truly accessible (free or cheap) for the community.
• We also will raise a capital fund for maintenance and repairs.
• We will have a better cost estimate when our Art Space study is complete in August
• Operating support will come in part from earned income (rentals, art sales, ticket sales and cafe/bar)
• The community has clearly expressed a desire for this to be a true community space, accessible to all for a variety of events and activities.
