Exhibition Dates: July 2 - October 25, 2026
Summer is often remembered through color. For The Color of Summer, artists were asked to select a predominant color that best defines summer for them. Inspired by the natural landscape, personal memories, cultural traditions, emotional associations, and unexpected interpretations, the exhibition reveals the many ways color shapes our experience of the season.
The exhibition is curated chromatically, with works grouped by color—greens with greens, blues with blues, and warm tones beside warm tones—creating an immersive visual spectrum throughout the gallery.
Through painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, mixed media, and multidisciplinary practices, participating artists contribute to a collective visual experience where individual works become part of a larger conversation about place, memory, and creativity.
This summer’s exhibition features work from fifteen regional creatives, highlighting both emerging and established voices across disciplines. From bold abstract interpretations to intimate studies of landscape and light, the collection reflects the depth and diversity of the region’s artistic community.
