June 27 - 30, 2019 | Telluride | Tickets Available Online
The Telluride Yoga Festival began in 2007 with Jivamukti instructor Aubrey Hackman's vision for a yoga event that went beyond physical exercise. The festival not only provides yogis of all experience levels with an enriching practice experience and allows the opportunity to have a positive impact on the world. Hackman, a passionate environmentalist and animal rights activist, structured the festival around the teachings of karma yoga. Each year, 25% of the net proceeds are donated to a local non-profit whose mission is to help protect and preserve the earth. The festival includes presentations, guided meditations, community yoga classes, special events, and evening classes.
